had an issue with my room at check in, and the team immediately changed it with no fuss, which i appreciated. I was ill during my stay, and the cleaning staff were very considerate and flexible in working around me - thank you

What I liked? 1. Very large room. Enough space to move around, maybe dance a little :-) 2. clean rooms 3. Large mirrors - one beside the bed, one on wall storage, and one large mirror in the bathroom 4. minimalist decor 5. smiling and english speaking receptionists - willing to help and guide you in your stay in Bangkok

Very comfortable room, light, with a good bathroom. Very clean, good wifi. Also the breakfast was perfect, i enjoyed it every morning, although I stayed for 7 days at the hotel. Also I liked swimming pool and the view from it to the city. Hotel is perfectly located near shopping area and restaurants. Just in the opposite of the hotel there is a very good massage saloon.

Great location where it is 5 minutes from Emsphere - the newest shopping center and accessible to public transport, food, etc but we had the peace and quiet that we requested for. Very spacious as we had the Presidential suite and well-equipment kitchen with dinning table. Very friendly staff and helpful as and when needed. We enjoyed the wide range of oriental breakfast for a change from our usual western breakfast.

Location was absolutely amazing for a single male traveler. Adjacent to Sukhumvit "action" and all very walkable. I used Bolt often to get about (temples etc) but did learn about BTS as well and that was a 10 minute or so walk to ASOK. Desk staff was very polite and helpful when needed. Cleaning staff was great and very flexible to my schedule. I would definitively stay here again.

best location near the BTS station but still very quiet with no roadside noise

The location is just 2 minutes walk to main road 7 minutes to BTS, there are various restaurants around this area, and huge park for relax nearby. Reasonable price with reasonable facilities, private parking with security.

We always try to book here when we are in Thailand as we like the Phrom Phong area. The larger apartments are really good because they have a stove and are fairly quiet. The staff are always polite, efficient and friendly. They always make us feel welcome and they are a big reason why we continue to return. The gym and pool are good, and you don't see too many other guests, so it is quite peaceful. There are lots of eateries, bars and such within a very short walk, as well as the ubiquitous 7/11 nearby. The BTS is just a five minute walk away so it is in a good location.

This is an excellent hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay. There are lots of positives: the large spacious rooms, the decent breakfast, the gym and swimming pool. Staff are very efficient and professional. The location is very good: in a quiet street away from the main road, yet within easy walking distance of nearby eateries, shops and the BTS. The other guests were couples or families, so we had no worries about noise or male guests sneaking in their women of the night, which I imagine is a nuisance at hotels in this particular city. Overall, this is a very good hotel and I would certainly recommend it.
